In addition to the preferred colour green, and depending on the application, we offer our trigalight in different colours, shapes, sizes and as prefabricated robust assemblies for direct installation. Green is the colour perceived brightest by the human eye.

TACTICAL INSERTS

With Tactical Inserts, the trigalight is protected in an aluminium sleeve with flush sapphire glass. This robust insert design allows quick direct assembly into iron sights. The sapphire protection glass is also available in a protruding form so that the sleeve shoulder can be painted with colour for perfect day visibility. The Tactical AR Inserts feature the proven aluminium design with matt flush sapphire glass to prevent daylight reflection. This sapphire protection glass is also available in a protruding form so that the sleeve shoulder can be painted with colour for perfect day visibility. For the Tactical PRO Inserts, the aluminium design is finished with convex sapphire glass, thus achieving twice the brightness with the same level of activity.

COLOURS

Our standard colour is green. Green is the colour perceived brightest by the human eye. The colours yellow, orange and red are also often used and are available as tactical light components.

The Tactical Inserts are available with a round cross-section.

SIZES

The sleeves usually have an outer diameter of 1.00 mm to 1.88 mm, the sapphire crystal from 0.80 mm to 1.60 mm with an oversize of 0.00 mm to 0.50 mm. The Tactical Inserts are offered in standard lengths from 4.00 mm to 7.00 mm.

NGI

With the NGI (Next Generation Inserts), the trigalight is installed in a temperature- and solvent-resistant polymer sleeve protected by sapphire glass. The colouring of the sleeve appears as a ring when installed and offers excellent visibility during the day. This robust insert design allows quick direct assembly into iron sights.

The NGI are normally manufactured in a round cross-sectional form.

We currently offer sleeves with an outer diameter of 1.96 mm and a length of 4.50 mm.

FPI

With the FPI (Full Polymer Insert), the name says it all: the trigalight is completely protected by a temperature and chemical resistant polymer sleeve complete with an integrated lens.

COLOURS

Available with a large daytime ring in Orange, White, Black and Green, or the version without the daytime ring. Here the ring effect can be produced by coloring the adhesive used to assemble the FPI.

The FPI is available in round cross-section with or without daylight ring.

SIZES

The FPI with a day ring has an outer diameter of 2.5 or 2.0mm without day ring. Both variants have are 5.7mm in length.

ECO

With the ECO inserts, the trigalight is encased in a thermoformed polymer sleeve. This robust insert design allows quick direct assembly into iron sights. The polymer sleeve is available in various colours. The colouring of the sleeve appears as a ring when installed and offers excellent visibility during the day.
